Bob serves as Motor Racing Outreach’s Association Chaplain (or Pastor), for one of NASCAR’s national touring series, the K & N Pro Series West formerly named the Grand National Division West Series.  Its rich history dates back to 1950 as the NASCAR Pacific Coast Late Model Series.  Bob served the NASCAR Northwest Series as lead Chaplain from 1997 until 2007 when he turned the Northwest Series lead role over to Charlie Staley.  Bob continued to fill a support role with the Northwest Tour under the American Speed Association (ASA) banner when he and Kathy were not traveling with their NASCAR West Series until the ASA Northwest Series was disbanded.  Both were always volunteer positions and they must raise the finances to fulfill their budget to attend and serve their racing series, as well as assist the other NASCAR Series Chaplains when they are at duel racing events.

You are invited to look over these pages of information about us, our ministry to the racing community, our Mission Statement, Guiding Principals, and Overview.  We sincerely hope you will see the service to the racing community performed to be worthy of your financial support.

The Butcher family also voluntarily serve with Youth With A Mission, a missionary training, evangelistic and mercy ministry, in Salem, Oregon and have raised their entire family’s financial support themselves these last twenty–three years.

The last few years our family has grown.  Leeanne and Sarah are married and have children.  Leeanne married one of our YWAM staff, Chad Brownell and they have three children today …Elijah, Kira, and Hannah.  Sarah married her close childhood friend and YWAM Niko staff Joseph Rambeck, son of former YWAM staff.  Sarah and Joseph have two  sons; Taren and Trevor.  With the guys addition our family has certainly become musical being that both Chad and Joseph are part of worship team bands at their churches.
